SEOUL — As South Korea awaits a verdict on the fate of its impeached president, politicians and activists are resorting to ever more extreme tactics in making their case for the country’s political future.

Throughout central Seoul, particularly in the environs of the court that will decide the fate of disgraced President Yoon Suk Yeol, members of both pro- and anti-impeachment camps are gathering around the clock in anticipation.
