China’s economy will never surpass U.S., Biden says in exit speech

WASHINGTON — China will never overtake the U.S. economically, President Joe Biden said Monday in his final foreign policy speech from office, while singling out artificial intelligence and clean energy as two issues for the second Trump administration to stay focused on.

“Right now, in my view, thanks to our administration, the United States is winning the worldwide competition,” Biden said at the State Department.
