TOKYO — Dalton Investments, a U.S. activist investor, will submit a shareholder proposal to Fuji Media Holdings proposing SBI Holdings Chairman and President Yoshitaka Kitao as a candidate for director at the company’s annual shareholders meeting to be held late in June, Nikkei has learned on Monday.
This will further increase the pressure on Fuji Media from investors to improve its management.
