Khmer Rouge tribunal launches education bus for rural Cambodians

ODDAR MEANCHEY, Cambodia — The shiny blue and white bus parked outside Hun Sen Trapeang Prasat High School in northwestern Cambodia’s Oddar Meanchey province contrasted sharply with the dusty brown dry season surroundings.

But the pristine coach was no school bus; rather it is Cambodia’s latest attempt at genocide education.
